Vacancy: Compliance Officer
Hours: 37 hours per week, weeks per year
Start: TBC/ASAP
Contract: Fixed term for 6 months
Salary Grade: L / Actual Salary £26,403 to £30,024
The vacancy
The White Horse Federation is a Multi- Academy Trust of 31 schools, and we are looking for an Compliance Officer to provide an efficient, comprehensive and confidential administrative support.
The successful candidate will be provide effective and efficient administrative support to the Director of GDPR and Compliance Operations.
Your role will be to support with the following:
* Audit and review of all SLAs and third-party agreements for GDPR compliance.
* Strengthen contractual safeguards, renegotiating where appropriate.
* Identify high risk vendors
* Conduct DPIA's for high-risk contracts
* Improve the contracts register to allow flags for non-compliant or high-risk vendors and updating our contract register with appropriate details.
* Support internal teams with recognising GDPR vendor requirements.

We are looking for a candidate who: -
· Who has qualification and/or experience in Administration / GDPR/ Data Protection
· Who has knowledge of the The UK GDPR and DP Act 2018
· Experience of providing administrative support
· Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, accurate proof-reading skills
· Ability to managing complex files and sensitive information
· Strong organisational skills, able to multi-task and manage competing priorities
· Has knowledge of using Microsoft applications including spreadsheets and word processing packages.
· Applicants must have 5 GCSE's (minimum grade C/4) including Maths and English or equivalent.
