Path2 are delighted to be working with our established care client who are seeking full-time home care workers as their fantastic team grows. Head Office is based in Leeds however you will be visiting clients in their homes across the Wakefield area. As a home care worker your day-to-day duties will include visiting homes of clients providing various care services including medication support, maintaining basic cleanliness of home, assisting at mealtimes with basic preparation of both warm and cold food, shopping calls and helping with laundry.
