IT Contract Manager - Northern Ireland Housing Executive - Belfast
The Northern Ireland Housing Executive is seeking an IT Contract Manager to lead the management of complex IT contracts, ensuring robust processes, high standards, and effective delivery across the organisation.

About the role:
* £22.65 per hour
* Monday to Friday (9.00 am – 5.00 pm)
* 37 hours a week
* Holidays: 38 days pro rata
* Duration: Temporary, ongoing

What you'll be doing in this role:
* Overseeing all aspects of NIHE's IT contracts.
* Ensuring that contract management processes are aligned with the IT Service requirements of the organisation.
* Ensuring that the IT Service & Contract Management processes are well defined, implemented and operated across the organisation.
* Manage the Contract Management team and ensure that Contract Management input to projects is provided in line with project plan dates and to a high standard.
What you'll need for this role:
* Can demonstrate at least 2 years’ experience within the last 4 years in a role involving the management of complex/large scale contracts.
* Can demonstrate a broad understanding of enterprise-level technology.
* Demonstrate experience in procurement and contract management systems and processes within a complex organization.
* Demonstrate experience in all aspects of procurement processes including collaboration with the Procurement Department through the full procurement life-cycle.
* Can demonstrate experience of managing a team including planning, prioritising and managing resources within a collaborative team-based environment.
* Possessing a relevant HND or equivalent in an ICT or Business Management discipline is desirable but not essential.
* As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic Access NI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
