* Support pupils exhibiting challenging or anti‑social behaviours linked to SEMH needs
* Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff to implement behaviour management and re‑engagement strategies
* Provide emotional support to at‑risk children, helping them navigate personal and academic challenges
* Build trusting relationships to encourage confidence, resilience, and progress
