This is a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave, expected to last for up to 12 months from November 2025. There may be an opportunity for this role to be extended or made permanent, subject to business needs and mutual agreement.

We are a content marketing business that specialises in engaging youth and parent audience groups. We create and distribute content across all platforms for brands who market to families and youth audiences and have been doing this for 13 years. In January this year we were awarded 'Small Agency of the Year' by the Content Marketing Association.
Our offering has consistently evolved and moved with the market, we've built our own products and proudly deliver innovative campaigns to engage families and youth audiences in the UK, Europe and the US.
Our content creation studio delivers a range of content from audio ads to social content, TV ads and artwork for out of home campaigns.
When clients collaborate with Rocket they expect us to use our knowledge of this audience group to deliver innovative content and campaigns, across multiple platforms.
We work with some brilliant brands including; Moonbug Entertainment, Magic Light Pictures, Inspired Online Schools, Goliath Games, Guinness World Records and most book publishers in the UK.
What we're looking for and about you:
* You are a Senior Campaign Manager/Account Director with agency experience leading project management and developing a number of our key accounts,
* You have sound knowledge of a range of content marketing disciplines (Media buying, VOD, Paid Social, Influencer Marketing, Partnerships)
please note: you will have a delivery team implementing campaigns, we do not expect you to be able to deliver the campaigns but you must be able to talk to the strategy and approach,
* You are a natural leader who enjoys client communication, pitching and on occasion delivering reports,
* You will naturally keep up to date with latest trends within the world of content marketing, and identify opportunities for key clients,
* You will be accountable for driving and maintaining the profitability of all campaigns, working closely with the wider campaign team,
* You will work across a range of sectors including education, entertainment, publishing and charity. Experience in these sectors is not required but preferred,
* Brief and oversee the work of internal and external agencies / suppliers, such as designers, animators, producers, influencers and media owners,
* You will be responsible for line managing two Senior Campaign Managers. Prior experience overseeing team workflow and supporting professional development would be beneficial.
Key skills:
* Campaign Strategy:
We're looking for a Senior Campaign Manager / Account Director to build strategy within all campaigns, for a variety of sectors and audiences. The strategy is integral to proposals and on-going delivery of campaigns.
- Communication skills:
We're looking for someone who feels at ease talking to clients in person and remotely. You will have excellent presentation skills, as you will have to frequently present to clients and colleagues. This person has to manage relationships with agencies and third parties as well as persuade a non-marketing audience that your marketing strategy and approach is the right one.
- Project management skills:
As a Senior Campaign Manager / Account Director you will have to work with a budget, meet deadlines for multiple projects and ensure ROI on marketing campaigns. You will need to manage the organisation's output effectively and intervene if things are going off-track.
- Content Marketing skills
: This person needs to be fluent in most content marketing outputs (Social, Influencer, Partnerships, Events). You need to have that all round consultative approach.
- Best Practice and Organisation:
Efficiently manage your workload and accurately distribute your time across clients and team members. Freely share information and get great enjoyment from having a positive influence over other staff members.
- Agency Experience:
Experience working for a small agency is essential for this role.
Overview
: We work 9-5:30 Monday - Thursday, and on Fridays we finish at 3:30pm all year round. We have company wide team meetings on a Monday and a Thursday afternoon, and ask you to be in the office 2 days per week as a minimum. The office is based in Shoreditch, London.
Salary
: £43k-£48k depending on experience.
Management:
This role will report into Sophie, Managing Partner.
