You’ll join at an exciting time as we continue to explore innovative methods of highway maintenance, enhanced used of data visualisation tools such as Power BI and nationally significant winter service trials, each with the goals of driving carbon reduction, more efficient ways of working and increased social value.
Amongst other tasks, the role will involve identification and preparation of highway patching sites, auditing of completed defect repairs to drive continuous improvement and investigating and responding to stakeholder enquiries.
The reactive nature of the work the NRT does means you’ll be a joining a fast-paced, challenging environment in which no two days are the same. The successful candidates will be forward-thinking, effective problem solvers, will thrive on working collaboratively and will be given every opportunity to develop.
