We are looking for a Head of PR and Campaign Marketing to join Team OB in our Support Office. As the Head of PR and Campaign Marketing at OB you will define and lead the communications strategy for Oliver Bonas, driving brand awareness, cultural relevance and market growth. You will be leading a small team and responsible for both the strategic development and delivery of our PR and campaign marketing function. This role is pivotal in building the OB brand across the UK and internationally, helping clearly position us as the leading design-led retail brand in the hearts and minds of consumers, working closely with the Head of Growth Marketing. Reporting directly to Olly Tress, the Founder and Managing Director, you will be a key member of the senior management team, contributing to the overall marketing strategy and business growth plan. Our Support Office is based in Tolworth, near Chessington, only a 30-minute journey from London Waterloo. We offer hybrid working with a split of 3 days in the office and 2 days home working per week, and are open to having conversations about working flexibly. More about the role … An OB Head of PR and Campaign Marketing will: Develop and own the integrated PR and campaign marketing strategy aligned with the vision, to strengthen the brand positioning and company growth objectives Define the strategic roadmap for building OB as a relevant, design-led lifestyle brand through media relations, social media, influencer partnerships, and integrated campaigns Set measurable objectives and KPIs across PR, campaigns, and social media that demonstrate clear impact on brand health and business performance Own the budget for PR and campaign marketing Advise leadership team on brand positioning, reputation management, and media opportunities Manage the relationship with the external PR/Comms agency for issues management as and when needed Work with team to develop creative media activations to engage media and influencers to support key trading periods and brand moments Build and nurture strong relationships with senior key influencers, stylists, editors and cultural tastemakers Work with the founder to raise their profile and that of the brand within broadcast media, online, and print media Partner with Fashion and Home & Gift buying teams to create and deliver PR plans aligned with new collection launches and hero products Develop top target media lists and set ambitious goals for features that extend relevant audience reach Oversee all PR activity, launches, and campaigns supporting the business strategy and growth of key categories: Fashion, Jewellery, Home & Gift Monitor competitive landscape and identify white space opportunities for OB to lead conversations Work with the content and SEO team on digital PR initiatives Work with the Campaign Manager to define, build, and deliver the annual OB omni-channel marketing campaign plan and calendar across all key channels including email, social (organic and paid), influencers, affiliates, events, in-store experiences, website, and retail stores Ensure the campaign calendar works across the objectives of all stakeholder teams with an engaging balance of categories, themes, product newness, and brand interest Build compelling and highly shareable community-led omni-channel content designed to engage and convert prospects and retain existing customers, deepening customer advocacy Set success metrics for each campaign and oversee performance, making insight-driven optimisations throughout the campaign lifecycle Work with the team to ensure all marketing activity aligns with OB core values and brand strategy, and sets OB head and shoulders above the competition in a clearly differentiated way Own the organic and brand social media strategy across all platforms, ensuring it ladders up to the overall brand and campaign objectives Work with the Campaign Manager and Senior Social Media Executive to define content pillars, tone of voice, and creative approach that drives engagement, community growth, and brand advocacy Support the building of engaged communities across all social platforms that reflect and amplify the OB brand values Look to develop and test a community and influencer strategy, identifying initial brand partners and content creators to scale reach and authenticity Lead, manage, and develop the team to ensure they deliver their best work Own reporting frameworks for PR, campaigns, and social media performance with regular updates to the MD and senior leadership team Evaluate campaigns and share learnings with the team and key stakeholders, including recommendations for subsequent campaigns Use data and insight to inform decision-making and demonstrate ROI of brand-building activities Work with the attribution models developed by the Growth Marketing team to understand the contribution of for: Proven track record of devising and implementing industry-leading integrated PR and campaign marketing strategies at a retail brand (fashion, home, or lifestyle) Significant experience leading and delivering successful multi-channel brand campaigns that have demonstrably increased brand awareness and commercial performance Deep expertise in PR and media relations with established relationships across fashion, lifestyle, and broadcast media Strong understanding of social media strategy, content creation, and community building across all major platforms Experience developing and executing influencer strategies that drive authentic brand engagement Proven ability to balance brand-building with commercial objectives, understanding how earned and owned media contribute to customer acquisition and retention Exceptional team building and talent management experience, with a track record of developing high-performing marketing teams Experience using media monitoring software (Cision or similar) Knowledge of social media management and analytics tools Familiar with creative suites (Photoshop) A highly creative communicator both written and verbal with strong emotional intelligence Exceptional storytelling ability with proven track record of generating standout media coverage Excellent presentation skills with ability to distil complex information into easily digestible formats Strong creative judgement and ability to recognise and commission excellent creative work Sound commercial acumen with understanding of how brand marketing drives business
