Facilities Administrator Warwick £27,000 - £30,000 DOE Monday - Thursday 08:00-16:30 | Friday 08:00-13:00 We are recruiting for a Facilities Administrator to join a busy and growing engineering business in Warwick. This role will support the Facilities Manager in coordinating maintenance activities, managing compliance documentation, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the site. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance activities Maintain maintenance records and compliance documentation Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and service providers Monitor building systems and escalate issues as required Support Health & Safety processes, audits, and reporting Manage facilities-related purchasing and administration Provide general support to the wider facilities team Requirements: Previous administration experience within facilities, maintenance, or a similar environment Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital reporting systems Understanding of Health & Safety and compliance processes Experience supporting ISO audits is advantageous This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business offering a competitive salary and an early finish every Friday.
