Paid Search Manager Filleigh, North Devon or Clifton, Bristol Hybrid working Competitive + Benefits
A little about us…
Bray Leino is a creative and communication agency that drives growth through Creativenergy, by going beyond, to find the most powerful way.
It’s the way we began back in 1973. Before email, before mobile phones, when London was still 6 hours by road, our founders set up shop in a rural part of the UK. It’s how we grew into a full-service global agency. And it’s how we still look at the world now.
Creativenergy is the force that makes us think, create, and work differently from our competition. It’s what makes us a thriving powerhouse of free-range thinkers, creators, and makers. And wherever we are in the world, it connects us all back to one common ambition: to use creativity to make businesses grow.
Role
About the role:
As a Paid Search Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid search campaigns to drive high-quality traffic, maximize conversions, and support revenue growth. You’ll manage budgets effectively, refine targeting strategies, and apply data-driven insights to enhance campaign performance.
You will work across platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, ensuring paid search efforts align with overall business objectives and deliver measurable return on ad spend (ROAS). Collaboration is essential—you will work with internal teams and external partners to develop effective ad creatives, optimize landing pages, and shape audience strategies.
This role contributes directly to maintaining our competitive edge by staying current with digital marketing trends, search engine algorithm updates, and emerging technologies.

2. Performance Optimization & Budget Management: Monitor and analyze campaign metrics to identify areas for improvement. Optimize budgets to maximize ROAS and implement automation, AI bidding strategies, and performance-enhancing tactics.
3. Analytics, Reporting & Insights: Track and report on KPIs such as CPA, CTR, and conversion rates using tools like Google Analytics and SA360. Translate data into insights and actionable recommendations for stakeholders to inform strategic decisions.
4. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with internal teams, clients, and external partners to align paid search efforts with broader marketing and business goals. Support the creation of high-performing ad creatives and landing pages, and share industry best practices.
5. Innovation & Market Awareness: Stay current with paid search trends, platform updates, competitor activity, and relevant regulations. Test emerging formats and channels to identify new opportunities and drive innovation in campaign performance.
