Are you passionate about automotive paintwork and take pride in your attention to detail? We’re looking for a skilledVehicle Prepper/Painterto join our busy and friendly team atCube Fleet Solutions, where quality, teamwork, and efficiency are at the heart of everything we do.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Prepping vehicles for paintwork, including sanding, masking, and priming
* Mixing paints and applying to vehicles using spray guns in a clean and safe environment
* Performing final inspections and polishing to ensure a flawless finish
* Working closely with our body repair and logistics teams to meet daily deadlines
* Maintaining a tidy and professional workspace at all times
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in vehicle preparation and painting (either in a Bodyshop or similar setting)
* Confidence with various prepping methods and modern spray-painting equipment
* Excellent eye for detail and a strong work ethic
* Ability to work efficiently on your own and as part of a team
* A genuine passion for vehicle finishing and pride in your work
