What You’ll Do:
1. Deliver high-quality lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience desirable)
2. Plan and implement engaging schemes of work aligned with the national curriculum
3. Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners
4. Track and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback
5. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning strategies
What We’re Looking For:
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
7. Strong subject knowledge and a passion for English language and literature
8. Excellent classroom management and communication skills
9. Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities
10. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare
