Ossett Brewery are looking for an experienced Warehouse and Logistics Manager to provide strategic oversight and accountability for end-to-end operations within the team. The right candidate will ensure excellence and compliance, and align team resources to meet production and demands, drive efficiencies and protect product quality.

Role and Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the Warehouse and Logistics team, ensuring all functions operate effectively. Review and manage operational plans, data, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
* Oversee warehouse operations, including conducting racking inspections and maintaining a safe, compliant working environment. Safeguarding product quality and presentation.
* Manage inventory and planning operations, maintaining accountability for stock accuracy and overseeing the management of empties and returns. Managing appropriate stock levels are set and adhered to.
* Ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment across trade, wholesale, export, and e-commerce channels, setting clear expectations for the team, and supporting them to achieve.
* Manage transport operations, ensuring dray runs are planned efficiently and cost‑effective, monitoring third party logistics relationships and costs.
* Provide effective people leadership, offering coaching, performance reviews, training, and development opportunities to promote succession planning within the team.
* Champion a safety‑first culture, setting clear risk assessments, and ensuring legal compliance across storage, load restraints, manual handling, vehicle operations and COSHH.
What we’re looking for
* Proven leadership across multi‑site or multi‑manager warehouse and logistics operations.
* Experience managing warehouse and transport functions within a brewery or FMCG environment.
* Strong background in inventory management, logistics planning, and people leadership.
* Proficient with WMS/ERP systems and data‑driven performance analysis.
* FLT licence preferred.
* Full UK driving licence.
