We are partnering with a well-established FMCG business in Stonehouse, currently undergoing major investment in automation and process improvement. They are seeking a Maintenance Team Leader to take ownership of daily engineering activities on site - leading a team, improving asset reliability, and supporting continuous improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and coordinate a team of multi-skilled engineers on a daily basis
2. Drive a proactive maintenance culture focused on uptime, reliability, and safety
3. Oversee and improve PPM schedules and ensure effective reactive maintenance
4. Act as the link between engineering and production, ensuring priorities are aligned
5. Support CAPEX projects, machinery upgrades, and CI initiatives
6. Mentor and develop engineers, driving technical excellence across the team
