Operations Manager
The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of eight established inns and boutique hotels in the stunning Cotswolds.
The operations are well known in their local markets, with strong teams and loyal guest bases. The focus of the role is to build on these foundations, evolving the guest experience while maintaining strong commercial performance across rooms, food & drink and events.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Operations, the Operations Manager will support and develop a team of General Managers while driving performance across people, guest experience and commercial results.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Lead, coach and develop a team of General Managers
* Drive commercial performance across rooms, food and drink
* Maintain consistently high guest experience and hospitality standards
* Support the development of each venue’s proposition
* Oversee a strong events business including weddings and group stays
* Work closely with central teams to ensure strong operational and financial performance
This role requires a visible, hands-on leader who builds strong relationships with teams and enables General Managers to excel.
The Candidate
We are looking for an experienced multi-site hospitality leader with a background in premium pubs, inns or boutique hotels.
You will bring:
* Proven multi-site operational experience
* Strong background in premium, food-led hospitality
* Experience with accommodation-led businesses
* Exposure to events-led operations, including weddings and group stays
* Strong commercial awareness and operational discipline
* A track record of leading and developing senior teams
