The Role
As a Project Assistant, you’ll support the Process, Plant and Equipment (PP&E) project, operating at the entry level for the project management structure.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the development and monitoring of project schedules.
* Implementing stakeholder and communications management plans.
* Communicating and reporting risk management activities.
* Managing configuration and change control activities.
* Coordinating with internal and external resources to ensure delivery.
* Developing requirements, project scope, and solutions for specific outputs and work packages.
* Monitoring and controlling schedules.
This role is full time, 37 hours per week, with regular travel to Bristol or Newbury and home working arrangements.
Essential Experience
* Awareness of the full project lifecycle.
* Experience in a similar sector is desirable but not essential.
Qualifications
* APM Introductory Certificate (Project Fundamentals Qualification, PFQ) is highly desirable but not required.
