Our client, a well-established and expanding recruitment business, is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to grow a white collar construction desk. This is a full 360 role with huge earning potential and a clear route into leadership for the right person. You’ll have the autonomy to build your own client base, shape your market, and make a real impact, backed by a supportive leadership team and strong infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Set up and develop a white collar construction desk from scratch
* Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle (permanent placements)
* Win new business and build long-term client relationships
* Mentor and develop junior consultants as the desk grows
* Identify and drive growth opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
* 360 recruitment experience in white collar construction
* Proven billing record in a business development–focused role
* Strong commercial awareness and resilience
* Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
* Leadership experience or ambition to lead a team
