This is a remote role based in Europe, working closely with the Head of Marketing based in London.
This is an opening for a Marketing Manager who creates and optimises content specifically designed for app promotion on iOS and Android.
Salary c£45k + bonus
Fully remote, based in Europe.

Responsibilities:
* Strategic Engagement Campaigns:
* Develop and execute comprehensive email and in-app messages, as well as push notification strategies to enhance user retention and engagement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with overall business objectives.
* Own in-app engagement opportunities such as monthly challenges.
* Develop and Execute Paid UA Campaigns:
* Plan, implement, and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns across various platforms, primarily focusing on app install campaigns.
* Utilize industry best practices to create effective and compelling ad creatives that drive the best quality users at the lowest CPIs possible.
* Conduct a thorough analysis of campaign performance, identifying key metrics, best-performing creatives, and KPIs to measure success for each market.
* Implement A/B testing and other optimization strategies to enhance campaign performance and ROI.
* Paid UA campaign production and management will be done in conjunction with the head of marketing, partners and platforms.
* App Store Optimization:
* Implement effective App Store Optimization strategies for iOS and Android apps across all our key markets.
* Conduct keyword research, analyze market trends, and optimize app metadata to improve app visibility and rankings.
* Run product page optimization tests for screenshots, CPP and preview videos to optimise store performance.
* Responsible for all copy for app update releases for both iOS and Android stores such as the description, what’s new and promotional copy.
* ASO optimisations will take place along product cycles and with support from ASO tools.
* SEO and Blogging:
* Possess a basic understanding of SEO principles to contribute to the overall online visibility of the app.
* Work with the product team to ensure our website is optimised for discovery and user acquisition.
* Brief copywriters when required to produce new blog content to support marketing initiatives and engage with the target audience.
* Monetization:
* Working with the head of marketing and product team to conduct A/B tests to improve subscription rates through paywall tests within the app.
* Analyze results and implement data-driven adjustments to improve effectiveness.
* Data Analysis and Reporting:
* Monitor and analyze key metrics for user acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization.
* Generate regular reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
