Service Manager, Citizens Advice in West Sussex
Full time, 37 hours per week, permanent. Office Based.
Salary: £38,000 per annum.

Responsibilities
* Oversee several small projects and lead a team delivering social welfare advice and casework to AQS standards.
* Ensure services meet KPIs, quality and regulatory requirements, while providing supportive line management and encouraging a positive, high-performing team culture.
* Work closely with local stakeholders and partners, representing Citizens Advice and ensuring our services reflect the needs of the local community.
* Develop staff and volunteers, contribute to funder reporting, and help shape the charity’s future through insight, collaboration and continuous improvement.
