Responsibilities
:
1. Analyse, evaluate and propose rmendations to improve the process by evaluate existing policies, procedures & controls.
2. Effectively perform responsibility by breaking down the existing process using flow charts, manuals, and other documentation to show the existing processes effectively.
3. Update department procedures and policies including rolling out new changes and improvements, and eliminating policies, procedures and processes that are irrelevant or inconsistent globally in a consistent, accurate manner.
4. Create documentation detailing process improvements showing the improvements and corresponding details of the implementation. Including step-by-step instructions such that any other person can follow through and implement.
5. Conduct ongoing analyses and monitoring of the process, including regulatory guidelines ensuring the changes to the progress include the necessary adjustments to ensure everything aligns to the globalernance model.

Required:
6. Bachelor's degree in business management, process control management, or similar.
7. 4+ years' experience as a process analyst.
8. Oracle P2P process and system expertise.
9. Project management qualification - or significant experience in this field
Preferred:
10. Industry certification such as CTCRP or CTRPA, ABPMP, FCIPS, CIPS, or CPSM, or Six-Sigma
