The Marketing Lead will define and deliver a multi-channel marketing strategy across own brand and distribution, balancing long term brand building with commercial performance.
This is a broad and high impact role, where the Marketing Lead will lead a cross-functional team, oversee budgets, and ensure all campaigns are aligned to commercial objectives, driving both engagement and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy across own brand and distribution channels
Own brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all marketing touchpoints and campaigns
Lead product marketing and launch strategy, aligning with key trading periods and customer demand
Oversee social media and content strategy across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
Drive digital marketing performance across ecommerce, email and marketplace channels
Manage budgets across brand and digital marketing activity, ensuring strong return on investment
Analyse performance across campaigns, channels and products, using insight to inform future strategy
Work closely with internal teams including sales, design and product to deliver integrated campaigns
Lead the development and execution of trade marketing activity, including events and industry showcases
Oversee digital development projects, including customer-facing platforms and tools
Ensure all marketing activity supports customer acquisition, retention and commercial growth
About You
Proven background in a senior marketing role within consumer, retail, health, beauty or FMCG environments
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance brand building and performance
Experience leading multi-channel marketing strategies across digital, social and offline channels
Confident managing and developing teams, driving performance and accountability
Data-driven approach with strong analytical and reporting capability
Experience working across ecommerce, CRM and customer acquisition strategies
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functionally
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and brand consistency
