About The Role
Are you looking to start your career in customer service and gain a recognised qualification at the same time? We’re offering an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Experience team as a Customer Support Advisor Apprentice. You’ll become a key point of contact for customers, supporting them with queries and learning how to deliver a high-quality service in a busy call centre environment. This role is designed to help you build confidence, develop communication skills, and gain valuable workplace experience while completing a Customer Service Apprenticeship.
The role is full time, Monday to Friday, with no weekends or evenings! You will benefit from a flexible rolling shift pattern 8AM to 4:30PM, 8:30AM to 5PM or 9AM to 5:30PM.
Key Responsibilities
* Handling inbound customer calls and supporting with general enquiries
* Listening to customers and understanding their needs
* Providing clear and helpful information about products and services
* Supporting with customer issues and learning how to resolve complaints effectively
* Updating customer records and using internal systems
* Working with colleagues across different teams to find solutions
* Building confidence in delivering a professional and friendly customer experience
* Developing your skills through training and your apprenticeship programme
Ideal Candidate
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Good communication skills and confidence speaking to people
* Basic IT skills
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Reliable, organised, and motivated to develop new skills
* No previous experience required – full training and support will be provided
