Your Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
* Assist dentists with patient care, including chairside assistance and preparation of dental materials.
* Take and develop dental X-rays as needed.
* Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-procedure care.
* Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
* Document patient care and treatment plans accurately in our electronic health record system.
* Collaborate closely with the dental team to ensure a positive patient experience.
What You Need to Succeed
We’re looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:
* High school diploma or GED, along with completion of an accredited dental assisting course.
* Active Minnesota Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) credential.
* DANB certification or equivalent state jurisprudence qualification for specified tasks.
* Current CPR (BLS) certification.
* Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
