Job Title: Production Manager – Digital Print & Finishing Location: Leicester Salary: Up to £45,000 per year (depending on experience) Hours: Full-time, permanent We’re looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee a busy digital print and finishing department. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll manage workflow, maintain quality standards and ensure every job goes out on time. About the Role: You’ll take full ownership of the department, managing production schedules, leading a small team and operating key machinery when needed. The environment is fast paced, reactive and demands someone with confidence, precision and strong organisational skills.
