Role:
The role involves assembly, operational support, and servicing of development and show cars, along with associated pit and rig equipment. Responsibilities include:
1. Assembling, disassembling, and maintaining cars, components, and equipment daily.
2. Attending test, rig, PR, or test events as required, based at the factory when not on track.
3. Ensuring cars and components are built to engineering specifications, referencing drawings, bulletins, and building specs, and completing checklists.
4. Escalating faults and issues to the Chief Mechanic or Technical Director.
5. Suggesting improvements to components, equipment, and practices.
6. Operating tools and pit equipment as needed.
7. Setting up and packing down garage and track environments.
8. Maintaining good practices, including organization, packaging, and cleanliness.
9. Recording performance measures and identifying downtime causes.
10. Maintaining positive relationships across departments.
11. Working independently when necessary and supporting team tasks proactively.
12. Completing tasks within deadlines, sometimes outside normal hours, including weekends and holidays.
Profile Required:
* Previous race/rally car assembly experience.
* Confident team player, adaptable to fast-paced environments.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

* Ability to complete tasks within specified time frames.
