The Role
As the Bilingual Inside Sales Representative, you will participate in all aspects of sales by responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other channels. Your responsibilities include:
* Manage sales opportunities and convert them into billable sales.
* Verify inventory and fulfill orders when stock is available.
* Inform customers of price or delivery updates for orders via phone, email, or online.
* Ensure all customer-confirmed orders are reviewed for any discrepancies.
* Ensure all non-cancellable, non-returnable orders are processed.
* Ensure all customer communications via phone and email are prompt, efficient, and consistently professional.
* Assure a high degree of customer satisfaction as measured by our automated survey system, customer feedback and other means.
* Input quotes and orders into the sales system, ensuring accuracy in delivery, payment terms, and key details.
* Actively pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls and other outreach efforts.
About You
We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
* Fluency in Italian and English.
* Strong computer proficiency (comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools).
* Confident, proactive, and target-driven mindset.
* Proven experience in sales or customer service.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Understanding of the sales cycle.
* Relevant degree (Desirable).
