We're recruiting experienced Chill Operatives to join our team in Willenhall, on a temporary basis, with guaranteed work over the Christmas period.

🔄 Shift Pattern Available 5 on / 2 off, including weekends:

* 5on 2off

* 06:00-14:30

* 14:00-22:30

* 22:30-07:00

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

* Pick milk products accurately using voice-pick technology
* Move, load, and unload trolleys in a chill environment
* Ensure accurate stock rotation in line with MLOR (Minimum Life on Receipt) standards
* Complete routine cleaning and hygiene tasks
* Report any trailer defects or stock issues

✅ What We're Looking For:

* Cold store/chilled warehouse experience preferred
* Reliable with excellent attendance and timekeeping
* Good communication skills (written and verbal) and numeracy
* Able to work independently and within a team
* Motivated, positive, and proactive

💰 Pay Rates (Weekly Pay):

Day rates apply between 4:00-18:00:

* Mon–Fri: £12.37 (OT after 40hrs: £18.56)
* Saturday: £15.46
* Sunday: £18.56
* Bank Holidays: £24.74

Night rates apply between 18:00-04:00:

* Mon–Fri: £15.22 (OT after 40hrs: £22.83)
* Saturday: £19.03
* Sunday: £22.83
* Bank Holidays: £30.44

Note: Pay may vary within a shift depending on exact hours worked.
