Inn Express is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced, relationship-focused Account Manager with essential wholesale sales experience in the hospitality/drinks on-trade to join our London team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the on-trade wholesale landscape and knows how to grow and manage high-value accounts.
About the Role
As an Account Manager at Inn Express, you’ll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of on-trade wholesale customers, ensuring exceptional service while driving commercial growth across pubs, bars, restaurants, and hospitality venues.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop a portfolio of on-trade wholesale accounts
Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the hospitality sector
Use your on-trade wholesale expertise to identify upselling and growth opportunities
Act as the link between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
Monitor account performance and report against KPIs
Proactively resolve issues and maintain high service standards
What We’re Looking For:
Essential: Proven wholesale sales or account management experience within the hospitality or drinks on-trade
Strong understanding of on-trade routes to market, pricing structures, and margins
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Commercially driven with a focus on growth and retention
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
