Here at GXO, we are looking for a full-time, permanent Training Supervisor who can champion, enhance, and execute comprehensive training and development initiatives at our BT site in Lutterworth. Working hours for the role are Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm, but flexibility will be needed. What you'll do on a typical day: Create and maintain a positive team culture and spirit, encouraging involvement from all team members when sharing group, divisional and team information Query investigation and resolution of all operational issues Close analysis, promotion and identification of areas for improvement within company's quality management system Team briefing and staff communication on all training aspects What you need to succeed at GXO: Experience of working in a complex, fast-moving environment in a similar training management role with a training qualification preferred People focused with the ability to build relationships at all levels Experience of creating and maintaining documentation/ training matrix Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Working knowledge of Microsoft packages Knowledge of Health & Safety principles We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
