Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting with the operation, setup, and maintenance of CNC machinery
* CNC programming and CAD/CAM work (where experience allows)
* Assembling products and components
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
* Supporting colleagues across daily production tasks
Beneficial Skills / Qualifications:
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Reliable with good attention to detail
* Able to work independently and as part of a small team
* CNC machining/programming experience desirable
* CAD/CAM experience highly advantageous
* Forklift licence advantageous (training available)
* Practical, hands-on approach to work
