Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Sprayer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in painting, using hand and power tools, and working in a Joinery workshop setting.
Responsibilities:
- Operate spray painting equipment to apply protective coatings or paints to various surfaces including, Clear Lacquers & Paint water based.
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results
- Inspect finished work for quality and accuracy
- Maintain and clean spray equipment after each use
- Assist in other tasks such as fabricating, or assembling products as needed
Skills:
- Proficiency in basic math for measuring and mixing paint quantities
- Mechanical knowledge to operate spray equipment effectively
- Experience in painting techniques and surface preparation
- Ability to use hand tools for sanding, masking, and other tasks
- Familiarity with power tools for efficient work processes
- Knowledge of joinery techniques is a plus
- Previous experience working in a joinery workshop environment is beneficial
- Ability to assemble components accurately
