Enterprise Mobile Product Manager –
We are seeking a strategic and technically proficient
Product Manager to lead our Enterprise Mobile Platforms. In this position, you
will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision and roadmap,
encompassing mobile device management (MDM), device types, and platform support
tools such as capture, recording, security, and compliance solutions. You will
collaborate closely with engineering, security, operations, and business
stakeholders to ensure the platform delivers scalable, secure, and seamless
mobile experiences across the organisation.
Adopting a mobile-first approach, you will enable mobile
application teams to integrate and deliver services efficiently. Additionally,
you will provide actionable insights and analytics on platform usage to inform
future investments and guide strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement the mobile platform strategy, ensuring alignment with both technology and business objectives.
2. Own and maintain the product roadmap for core platforms and associated services, delivering essential capabilities to the user base.
3. Assess and determine optimal build versus buy solutions for platform components.
4. Utilise data-driven insights to inform decisions on future solutions, services, and strategic direction.
5. Serve as the primary liaison between engineering, business, and operational stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
6. Collaborate closely with architecture, security, and engineering teams to gather requirements and incorporate feedback.
7. Convert technical requirements into clear product specifications and actionable user stories.
8. Oversee the lifecycle management of shared mobile components and services, such as connectivity, carrier integration, and single sign-on (SSO).
9. Ensure mobile platforms are scalable, compliant, and capable of supporting multiple business units.
10. Identify, prioritise, and address opportunities for optimisation and reduction of technical debt.
11. Remain up to date with mobile platform trends, security standards, and best practices in enterprise mobility.
12. Champion the adoption of emerging technologies that enhance mobile productivity and operational efficiency.
Experience
· 5+ years of product management Experience,
preferably in enterprise or platform roles.
· Deep understanding of enterprise mobile
architecture, mobile frameworks, and support products and services.
· Experience with enterprise security standards
and MDM/EMM tools.
· Excellent written and verbal communication
skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
· Strong analytics skills and Experience.
Preferred Experience
· Experience in large financial or regulated
industries.
· Familiar with Mobile Analytics and data
modelling.
· Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence,
GitHub, Ansible, or similar.
