This is an interview position.
To ensure timely delivery of packages to predetermined customers on specific routes, responsibilities include reviewing orders prior to delivery, loading/unloading the vehicle, and providing exceptional customer service to our client base.
Flexible shift opportunities are available, with minimum and maximum hours and days of work determined based on business requirements.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Post Secondary:
* High school diploma or educational equivalent.
Professional accreditation/certification:
* Must have a valid full G license / Class 5 driver's license.
Related Experience Requirements:
* None required for entry.
* One (1) year customer-oriented business experience preferred.
Time to learn or adjust to the job: 3 months
Other mandatory experience:
* In Quebec, bilingual in French and English is required.
Technical Skills:
* Must achieve minimum threshold on mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training.
* Ability to successfully complete all basic and recurrency training.
* Ability to lift 70 lbs.
* Some knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations is an asset.
Interpersonal Skills:
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good time management and organizational skills.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Ability to multitask, handle stress, and work in a high-pressure environment.
