What you'll be doing: Customer Support Advisor You'll handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls, emails and chat. You'll help users with: Registration and scheduling Assessment delivery and results Documentation and exam procedures General queries that need clarity and reassurance You'll log everything accurately, follow process properly and escalate when needed.
