Job Description
3. Collaborate with the Group Finance Business Partner to coordinate the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with the Group's financial objectives.
4. Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario planning and assess the financial impact of various business strategies.
5. Provide detailed variance analysis between actual performance and budgeted figures, offering insights to inform strategic decision-making.
6. Prepare and present comprehensive management information reports to senior leadership, highlighting key financial metrics and performance indicators.
7. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in financial modeling and reporting processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
8. Implement robust controls and documentation practices to ensure the integrity and reliability of financial models and projections.
The Successful Applicant
9. Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent
10. Demonstrated experience in both financial and commercial finance roles, showcasing a blend of technical expertise and business acumen.
11. Proven ability to work autonomously, coupled with meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of financial analysis and reporting.
12. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a history of effectively engaging with senior management and cross-functional teams.
