Talentmark are recruiting for a HEOR Project Manager to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 12 months. This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week on-site in Bracknell.
Salary: Up to £35.08 per hour PAYE or £45.76 per hour via an umbrella company. This role is inside IR35.
Role Responsibilities
* Project manage HEOR and RWE projects through the full life cycle
* Manage third‑party organisations (CROs/TPOs) including vendor onboarding, contracting and invoicing
* Monitor timeline risk with proactive escalation and mitigation
* Provide oversight of process compliance
Qualifications
* Hold a relevant degree or have equivalent working knowledge
* Background in HEOR and RWE studies in the pharmaceutical industry
* Experience supporting both strategy and operations
* Familiarity with automation of routine PM tasks such as invoice tracking, milestone monitoring, and portfolio dashboards
* Hold a project management certification e.g. PMP, Prince 2 or similar
