Facilities Service Engineer
As a Facilities Service Engineer at Honeywell, in Cambridge, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support for facility management and maintenance operations, work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient and effective operation of our facilities and contribute to creating a safe and productive work environment. This is a static role based at one of our customer sites in Cambridge.

Key requirements
Perform routine inspections and maintenance of facility systems and equipment
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other facility systems
Coordinate and oversee repairs and maintenance activities performed by external contractors
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
Key skills and qualifications
Experience in a similar role providing facilities maintenance of hard services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, general maintenance, and refurbishment etc.)
Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Health and Safety awareness
