As a Product Communications Campaign Executive, you will be responsible for communication and channel management as brand function.
What Awaits You?
* Supporting the creation and implementation marketing communication strategy and asset creation for all areas of customer and prospect facing communications for product portfolio and Black Badge models and associated Private Collection Cars to create a brand that has wide appeal and desirability, stimulate demand and thus profit contribution.
* Helping to define and communicate the product positioning for product portfolio and Black Badge models and associated Private Collection Cars to develop a clear differentiating image in the market to maximise demand and profit. Support in identifying and selecting channel strategies for marketing communications to maximise effectiveness of product portfolio and Black Badge models and associated Private Collection Car communications with identified groups to increase sales conversion.
* Helping to devise and implement a message strategy for product portfolio and Black Badge models and associated Private Collection Car communications to audiences ensuring an appropriate choice of message is delivered to the desired audience in the most effective manner to ensure maximum contribution to corporate objectives. Supporting the creation and implement global marketing communications collateral that creates demand and changes perception.
* Support the Product Campaign Communication Manager to devise, execute, monitor and implement change so that projects are delivered on time and on budget.
* Aid in the monitoring and control of marketing communications expenditure to ensure maximum results are delivered within budget through effective cost control.
* Monitor and react to metrics and reports to allow senior management to understand activity and react accordingly
* Help to develop customer contact plans and relevant marketing communications collateral.
* Drive new initiatives to differentiate within the Luxury car and global Luxury environment, being aware of trends to take the right decisions to inform future strategy
* Gain the buy-in and trust of Board, Dealers, Regional teams and teams in the development and launch of new initiatives and materials
* Have a flexible and innovative approach as the business circumstances, legislation and individual markets needs may change frequently, having a direct impact on the business
* Flexibility in approach and cultural sensitivity and understanding across numerous countries throughout the world
* Balancing strategic operations and thinking with tactical and real-world delivery of materials and assets
* Innovative approach to working on a global scale. Identifying marketing efficiencies and the opportunity to establish and document processes and structures for future business development
* Time management and prioritisation due to breadth of the role
* Maintaining the unrivalled quality standards of a pinnacle Luxury brand in all areas of marketing, behaviour and attitude
* Ensuring consistent brand portrayal around the world.
Purpose and subject of the interaction/communication with internal/external interfaces:
* Head of Brand Strategy & Comms and Manager, Product & Brand Communications alignment, updating and approval
* Regional Marketing teams, alignment, feedback and guidance
* Management of external marketing agencies
* Holistic and co-ordinated launch of product campaigns to ensure maximum exposure for the products across the globe
What Should You Bring Along?
* Education Degree (ideally i Marketing and Business)
* Work experience, Leadership experience At least 1 year of Marketing communications experience in the automotive and/or Luxury sector. An understanding of the full marketing mix is essential along with budget and agency management. International or global experience is a plus. Senior management level interaction.
* Additional skills: special skills / technical ability etc. Additional language desirable, German is a plus Project management Retail experience and CRM capabilities Adaptability Can do / Entrepreneurial attitude Exceptional attention to details and quality standards Understanding of the latest marketing and Luxury trends and techniques.
