ABOUT THE ROLE: Research & Development Conduct multi-disciplinary research activities focused on electrical and electronics modelling, simulation, and analysis to support the advancement of the company’s core intellectual property and product development. Engage in research and development activities related to enhancing sensor-based condition monitoring technologies. Execute proof of concept projects, including rapid prototyping, development, and testing to validate research findings and product concepts. Oversee the testing and refinement of prototypes to ensure they meet design specifications and performance criteria. Academic Collaboration and Knowledge Dissemination Participate in external technical collaborations including writing papers, attending conferences, and engaging with the academic community to share findings and learnings. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and research findings in electronics and electrical engineering to inform research directions and strategy. Internal Support and Integration Support internal product and service delivery activities as required, ensuring the seamless integration of new technologies and solutions into our existing portfolio.
