NDT Technicians
We are seeking experienced NDT Technicians to support inspection and validation activities across high-performance Formula One components.
Key responsibilities
* Conduct ultrasonic, dye penetrant, magnetic particle and Eddy Current inspections
* Inspect composite and metallic components to exacting standards
* Support root cause investigations and quality assurance activities
* Maintain accurate inspection records and certification compliance
* Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams
Ideal experience
* Minimum Level 2 NDT Qualification (EN4179/PCN) across key techniques
* Strong expertise in Ultrasonic (A-Scan & Phased Array), Eddy Current, Magnetic Particle Inspection, Dye Penetrant & Visual Inspection; exposure to analysis of 3D CT data using Volume Graphics software is an advantage
* Experience within motorsport, aerospace, automotive, or advanced manufacturing
* Strong attention to detail and quality standards
* Ability to work effectively within shift-based operations
Composite Inspectors
An exciting opportunity for inspectors with a keen eye for detail and experience working with advanced composite structures.
Key responsibilities
* Inspect carbon fibre composite components and assemblies
* Verify against engineering drawings and specifications
* Identify and report defects or non-conformances
* Support production quality throughout manufacturing processes
* Knowledge of laminate ply inspection and trim assembly in process inspections is advantageous
Ideal experience
* Previous composite inspection experience within motorsport, aerospace, automotive, or advanced manufacturing
* Knowledge of composite manufacturing methods
* Interpretation of engineering drawings and GD&T
* Experience using inspection equipment and measurement tools and operating Polyworks software on Hexagon Absolute Laser Arms
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
Mechanical Inspectors
We are also recruiting Mechanical Inspectors to ensure all machined and assembled components meet the highest standards demanded in Formula One.
Key responsibilities
* Dimensional inspection of precision-engineered components
* Use metrology equipment including CMM, Hexagon Absolute Laser Arms, and conventional inspection tools
* Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T
* Support production and continuous improvement initiatives
Ideal experience
* Previous mechanical inspection experience within motorsport, aerospace, automotive, or advanced manufacturing
* Experience with PC-DMIS programming
* Use of PC-DMIS & Polyworks measurement software
* Strong understanding of mechanical inspection techniques
* Familiarity with quality systems and documentation
* Flexibility to support varying shift patterns
