The Role We’re looking for a Duty Manager to join the team at Famous Three Kings. This is a hands-on role at the heart of a busy, high-energy sports pub. You’ll be leading shifts, setting the pace, and making sure everything runs as it should, from the bar to the floor. You’ll be responsible for delivering great service, driving standards, and supporting the team to perform at their best — especially when it’s busy (and it will be). This isn’t a clipboard role. You’ll be on the floor, in the thick of it, leading from the front.
