Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 OTE
Hours: 8.30 am - 5.30 pm
Key Responsibilities:
? Take ownership of up to 80 agreed sales and responsibility for their completion.
? Forecast with senior management and report on weekly/ monthly figures.
? Drive timescales, identify risks and keep every deal on track.
? Tackle obstacles head on including surveys and renegotiations.
? Provide clear communication to both buyer and seller.
? Build strong relationships with local solicitors and third parties.
? Attend meetings with other Sales Support Managers.
? Maximise additional service opportunities and referrals.
Requirements and Skills:
? Minimum 2 years of experience in estate agency.
? Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
? Persistent, tenacious, and able to perform under pressure.
? A proactive problem solver with a positive approach.
? Able to think quickly and resolve issues effectively.
? Resilient, persistent and confident working towards targets.
? Clear communicator who enjoys relationship building.
? Collaborative team player, focused on delivering an outstanding customer experience that
drives repeat business and referrals.
