Description Job title: EMEA Head of Sales Excellence – Online and Omnichannel Department: EMEA Sales Location: Delta Park, Fareham, UK GLS: S05 Working hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday) A brighter future awaits you What to expect: As our EMEA Head of Sales Excellence, you’ll be responsible for driving strategic growth and long-term value creation across CooperVision’s most significant online-led and digitally enabled retail partners in the EMEA region. This role leads the commercial relationship and P&L with region-wide on-line led top accounts (currently Alensa, Lentiamo, Kodano), ensuring strategic alignment, revenue acceleration, and operational excellence in a rapidly evolving e-commerce landscape. It also coordinates and supports market KAMs managing 13 market-specific online-led customers. The role will also assess potential new customers and channels (e.g. marketplaces) and recommend future roll outs. Responsibilities: Develop and execute multi-year joint business plans with each key partner, focused on revenue growth, market share expansion, and digital category leadership. Build high-trust, multi-level relationships with partner leadership teams, ensuring CooperVision is viewed as a critical growth enabler. Oversee commercial performance, forecasting, and P&L accountability for online-led accounts. Collaborate with internal teams (digital, supply chain, finance, regulatory, marketing, markets) to deliver best-in-class partner experiences and operational service. Identify and implement marketplace-optimized solutions (bundling, fulfilment models, API integration, digital content packages). Represent the voice of the customer in strategic planning, innovation pilots, and product roadmap discussions. Drive adoption of CooperVision’s sustainability, recurring service, and category growth strategies within digital accounts. Supporting eComm customer negotiations. Executing new product roll outs with online-led customers, especially in private label Creating and deploying an EMEA eComm sales playbook and tracking market plans and KPIs stemming from it. Developing deep insight of eComm channel in EMEA through data analysis, market research and understanding Providing customer-based feedback and needs requirements back to EMEA Sales and Marketing teams to develop new portfolio opportunities as well as Key Account eComm concepts and tools. Identifying and evaluating future sales opportunities and investments About You We’re looking for someone with a broad range of experience in commercial, strategic account management or e-commerce leadership roles. You’ll have worked within large, multi-country retail or digital accounts across the EMEA region and have deep knowledge of digital commerce ecosystems, including marketplaces, subscription models, CRM-based retention, and API-driven sales platforms. Experience in healthcare, medical devices, vision care or FMCG preferred.
