Live Life Aberdeenshire are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills to join our libraries and cultural team. This post is based within the Resource Circulation team at Libraries HQ.
As part of the libraries team, you will assist in the provision of library services to the community. As well as having excellent communication skills, you will need good digital skills and the ability to work with all age groups. In addition, the post holder will participate in a range of duties such as helping customers with any enquiries and participating in outreach events. It is essential that you have a flexible approach and an enthusiasm for libraries and culture.
You will be part of the HQ support team dealing with a variety of tasks such as stock management, requests, curricular resources requests, supporting branch libraries etc.
This role may require flexible and weekend working.
There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
