Highway Engineer - Outside IR35 You must have Highways experience to be considered for this position. We are looking for an experienced Highways Engineer to join our client's design team on a contract basis. This role will support the delivery of highway and active travel schemes from concept through to detailed design, ensuring technical compliance and quality output. You will be responsible for developing innovative and compliant designs, preparing detailed design packages, and coordinating multidisciplinary inputs to deliver robust solutions that align with network and stakeholder requirements.
