Helpdesk Administrator We are currently recruiting for multiple Helpdesk Administrators to support a busy hospital environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with previous helpdesk or customer service experience who are looking to contribute to an essential service. Role Overview As a Helpdesk Administrator, you will act as the first point of contact for all internal queries, ensuring that requests are logged, tracked, and resolved efficiently. You will play a key role in supporting hospital operations by coordinating communication between departments and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities Handling incoming calls, emails, and system requests from hospital staff Logging and updating jobs using the helpdesk system Prioritising and escalating issues where necessary Coordinating with maintenance, IT, and other departments to ensure timely resolution Providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with internal procedures Monitoring ongoing issues and following up to ensure completion Requirements Previous helpdesk, call centre, or administrative experience is preferred Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to work efficiently under pressure Good IT skills and experience using ticketing or logging systems is desirable A proactive and professional approach Available Shifts Nightshift Roles Monday to Sunday, 4 on / 4 off rolling shift pattern 7:00am - 7:00pm Weekend Roles Saturday and Sunday only Shifts: 7:00am - 3:00pm and 11:00am - 7:00pm This is a great opportunity to gain experience within a hospital setting while supporting vital services. There is potential for the assignment to be extended beyond June based on performance and service needs.
