Role Overview
Excellent opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager (Treasury & Business Planning) to join a well-established, award winning, Housing Association on the outskirts of Manchester. Reporting directly to the Director of Finance your remit will include:
Responsibilities
* Lead and go-to specialist for all matters relating to treasury, business planning and financial accounting.
* Supporting the Director of Finance with refinancing and assessing financial needs.
* Working closely with the Director of Finance to update and report on the organisations Business Plan.
* Ensuring the successful submission of regulatory returns and lender reporting.
* Preparation of financial statements.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants will ideally be fully qualified CIMA, ACCA, ACA or CIPFA although non-qualified Finance Managers with housing association experience will also be considered. This role would suit a self‑motivated finance professional, able to forge strong business relationships at all levels to board level, who thrives on autonomy and a culture of continuous improvement.

Location and Eligibility
Applicants must have full and indefinite eligibility to work in the UK (through being a UK citizen or having gained ILR) and should live within a sensible commute of Manchester (West).
