We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Partner to join our established Client Solutions team in Manchester! This is a Delivery / Account Management focussed role - no Business Development involved.

The Role;
As part of our Client Solutions team, you will be responsible for the recruitment delivery of sales professionals of all levels into one of our prestigious, global key accounts.
* Client Development & Relationship Building (no BD involved with this role)
* Working in a fast paced role and working on up to 10 sales jobs at any one time
* Client meetings - both in person and video
* Running assessments centres alongside others in the team
* Head hunting, networking & candidate management
* Internal cross selling and collaboration
* Database Management
The Person;
* You should be a successful Recruiter, either from an onsite or agency background with a proven track record of success
* Ideally, you will have experience of recruiting sales professionals, although this isn’t essential
* Strong candidate management and process management
* Strong relationship building skills
* You should be driven, proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
