We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our specialist home in Lymm, Warrington, to provide high-quality care and life-enriching opportunities to the people we support.
The Cottage in Lymm, is home to 2 adults who enjoy family visits, day trips out to the beach or waterparks, and longer trips away. No two days at the Cottage will be the same, and your responsibility will be to assist the people we support with their own individual outcomes, supporting them in planning and accompanying them on activities that help them to live fulfilling lives.
As part of a support team you will be responsible for supporting people to move into their new home. You will get to know each individual, find out their interests, and support them to achieve the small and big steps in reaching their goals and living the life they choose. Each day will be completely different, but you will be there to guide them through all of life's milestones and challenges.
