Workshop Manager
Blu Dog have been engaged to recruit for a growing engineering group who are seeking a proactive and experienced Workshop Manager to operate within Materials Handling. This is a new role within the company and will need to be somebody who can take ownership for a new small workshop prep centre. You will be comfortable managing office based functions, workshop engineers and dealing with internal and external customers. Experience managing P and L and Budgets will be required, this is a role which is off the tools.
As a Workshop Manager, you will:
Manage a small and new prep center
Manage an internal office function
Own and develop P and L and budgets
Maintain and develop a good team working environment

Proven experience in a similar role/s
Strong communication skills
Ability to work to targets
A keen eye for detail and problem-solving mindset
