Registered Manager extraordinaire is not easy to spell. Home Manager extraordinaire isn't much better. 1. Ideally you will have your NVQ 5 or be working towards it.
2. A good track record of success and understanding of the 5 KLOE's will set you apart from the rest.
3. Previous care home management experience either as Home Manager or Deputy Manager is desirable.
